The Mission of Friends Life “To love our adult Friends with developmental disabilities and to support them in fulfilling their God-given potential as they explore, enjoy and contribute to our community and as we experience Friends Life together.” We seek to create opportunities for our Friends to develop socially, grow personally and enjoy community as they experience life together. We work towards seeing our friends explore and enjoy meaningful activities that allow them to fulfill the potential and promise that God has created in them. “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 |
